Step into a senior role that goes beyond day-to-day case management. You’ll take ownership of complex, mixed caseloads and drive early-intervention support including one-to-one mental health coaching, complex return-to-work case management, and on-the-ground critical incident and wellbeing responses. You’ll also deliver practical workshops, support team interventions and workplace interviews, and help roll out onsite mental health support programs that strengthen individuals and whole teams. Locations available: Brisbane, Toowoomba, Townsville and Rockhampton About the Role: Own a complex caseload across workers’ comp, state gov, DVA and CTP; blend same-employer RTW and new employment services. Lead end-to-end management of physical and psychosocial cases, including complex return-to-work planning, to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes. Provide individualised mental health one-to-one support, coaching and goal-focused intervention alongside case management. Drive early intervention, critical incident response, onsite mental health support programs, and broader team-support services across SEQ. Deliver functional, vocational and workplace assessments with clear, evidence-based reporting. Support team interventions, contribute to workplace interviews, and assist with workplace conflict/communication strategies where required. Deliver and facilitate workshops and training (including debriefing and upskilling) for workers, leaders and teams. Build strong partnerships with employers, insurers and treatment teams; represent services at industry forums. Uphold best practice across schemes and assist with proposals, quotes and stakeholder solutions. Design and run prevention pilots and training initiatives that lift wellbeing, performance and resilience.
